Montana is a Paralegal in the Business & Workplace team at Murdoch Lawyers

Biography

I am a Paralegal in the Business & Workplace team at Murdoch Lawyers, assisting in a variety of matters including employment agreements, policies and procedures, unfair dismissals and general protections. I’m currently in the final year of my Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Queensland University of Technology, and I am on track to graduate in 2025.

My legal studies, paired with hands-on experience in both litigation and workplace law, have shaped my growing interest in Employment Law. I’m passionate about advocating for fairness in the workplace and am committed to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal challenges. I aspire to be admitted as a lawyer shortly after graduation and am excited to launch a legal career grounded in strong values of justice, integrity, and practical insight. My time at Murdoch Lawyers has been instrumental in developing the legal and interpersonal skills I’ll carry into practice.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy reading, baking, and skiing — activities that keep me balanced and inspired.
